The ambiance and decor are lovely, and it was very clean and tranquil. They took me right away as a last minute walk in. Their prices are very reasonable. And from my experience today, I’ll say I’ve paid much more for way less. Maggie was amazing! Long story short, I spent the weekend at an amusement park with the wrong shoes. I was limping in, and by the time Maggie worked her magic, I was walking with no pain! She worked out knots in my legs and ankles I didn’t know I had! She has a very firm touch which was heaven! While this was my first time here, it will definitely not be my last. My only complaint is that after years of driving by this location, I didn’t go in sooner! Thank you Star Spa! The experience was amazing.. I went for a couple’s massage.. we also got into the jacuzzi and sauna (please add this to your package) I don’t remember their names but they were amazing. Great place & good pricesCash is king here, but here’s what to expect:The massage is skilled, the pressure will be what you ask for, but the flow is erratic.The front desk is precise and to the point which can seem rude to some people, but they’re simply there giving information and coordinating services. They’re required to give offers on entry. If you don’t know what you want before you go in it’s very helpful, if not it can seem pushy to some people. Know the culture, money upfront. Tip after with cash, if available. It helps to give front desk a $5 bill as soon as you enter. You’ll make friends real fast and get great service. If you know you’re getting services days ahead of time, I strongly recommend stopping by at least the day before and purchasing the membership. It pays for itself and allows you to tip more with the savings you get.read more

Kelvin and Milkah at the front desk were SOOOO personable, welcoming, and kind. From the moment we walked in we were RELAXED! The massage themselves were good, I’ve been getting massages for 10 years and I’d say they were in my top 5 experiences. It includes free hot stones. The ambiance was very calming and relaxing. Me and hubby’s little off the strip spa escape when we go to Vegas. The private spa rooms are nice, and we love that we get to hang out in them together rather than the usual gender separate experience at most spas. Especially great massages.read more
